12pm – 5pm: setup & decoration (must be able to lift and move 25 pounds)

Saturday, August 30st

Volunteers on Saturday will handle the merch and check-in table, support our session facilitators and workshop leaders, and help our mascot Jammy make make appearances during our day of programming at Lawrence Public Library. We will also need volunteers to assist with our Show & Tell Zinester Mixer at Lucia.

9am – 11am: merch & info table at LPL

11am – 1pm: merch & info table at LPL

1pm – 3pm: merch & info table at LPL

10:30am – 12pm: Team Jammy! at LPL (must be comfortable wearing a mascot costume)

2:45 pm-5pm: Team Jammy! at the Lawrence Public Library (must be comfortable wearing a mascot costume)

5:30pm -6:30pm: help put things back

6pm - 8:15pm: help at Show & Tell Zinester Mixer at Lucia (must be 21+)

Sunday, September 1st

Volunteers on Sunday will help with all facets of our Vendor Fair: set up and tear down tables, merch and check-in table, mascot duties, and on-the-ground support to visitors and tablers.

9am – 11am: set up (must be able to lift and move 25 pounds)

11am – 1:00pm: vendor fair support

1pm – 3pm: vendor fair support

3pm – 5pm: vendor fair support

5pm – 6:30pm: cleanup (must be able to lift and move 25 pounds)

10:30 am – 1pm: Team Jammy! (must be comfortable wearing a mascot costume)

1pm – 3pm: Team Jammy! (must be comfortable wearing a mascot costume)

3pm – 5pm: Team Jammy! (must be comfortable wearing a mascot costume)
